Governor Jeremiah Lomorukai has today made changes to the County Executive Committee Members and County Chief Officers.
In an Executive Order, the Governor has reshuffled the following CECMs:
Elizabeth Loote has been transferred from Tourism, Culture, Natural Resources and Climate Change to the Department of Education, Sports and Social Protection.
Leah Audan has been moved to the Department Tourism, Culture, Natural Resources and Climate Change from the Department of Education, Sports and Social Protection.
Patrick Losike has been transferred from the Department of Roads, Transport and Public Works to the Department of Water Services.
Faith Akuwom Aletea has been moved from the Department of Water Services to the Department of Roads, Transport and Public Works.
The following Chief Officers have been transferred:
Peter Lomorukai has been transferred from Preventive and Promotive Services to the Department of Lands and Physical Planning.
Ekai Simon Etom has been moved from the Department of Tourism, Culture and Heritage to the Department of Water Services.
John Korikel has been transferred Education (Sports and Vocational Training) to the Department of Public Works.
Cecilia Majuma has been transferred from the Department of Public Service to the Department of Tourism, Culture and Heritage.
Derick Epae Koli has been moved from the Department of Administration and Disaster Management to the Department of Municipalities and Urban Areas Management.
Leah Nasuru Losuru has been transferred from the Department of Lands and Physical Planning to the Department of Education (Sports and Vocational Training).
Nakaale Lotieng Marian has been transferred from the Department of Municipalities and Urban Areas Management to the Department of Public Service.
David Maraka has been moved from the Department of Water Services to the Department of Administration and Disaster Management.
Cathra Abdi had been transferred from the Department of Public Works to the Department of Preventive and Promotive Services.
The Governor has stated that the changes are aimed at enhancing effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery.
