This collaborative effort seeks to foster innovation, improve service delivery, and ensure that the county remains at the forefront of digital transformation.

The primary objective of the ICT policy review is to evaluate and enhance the existing information and communication technology framework to better serve the community’s needs.

This initiative aims to identify gaps in policies, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and align ICT strategies with the county’s development goals. By fostering collaboration among government officials, industry experts, and community members, the discussions seek to create a robust, inclusive, and forward-thinking ICT policy that promotes digital innovation, improves service delivery, and ensures equitable access to technology for all residents.

Throughout the meeting, participants engaged in lively discussions about the challenges and opportunities presented by the current ICT landscape. Eregae encouraged attendees to think critically about how the policy can support not only government businesses but also foster innovation and collaboration within the community. “We must embrace a forward-thinking approach that prioritizes transparency, accessibility, and responsiveness in our services,” he urged.

As the meeting concluded, Eregae reiterated the importance of collective effort in implementing the revised policy. “This is a collaborative journey,” he said. “Together, we can harness the power of technology to deliver on our commitments to the public and drive our county’s development agenda.”
