Roseline Aite is new Executive for Finance and Economic Planning while Robert Lotaruk joins as the Chief Officer for Finance docket.

Roseline Aite ook over the leadership of the department after the outgoing Executive Dr. Michael Eregae handed over as he moves to Agriculture, Fisheries and Livestock in a similar capacity following a recent cabinet reshufflle by H.E Governor Jeremiah Lomorukai.

Similarly, Robert Lotaruk, a new appointee to the Chief Officer’s position, took over from Samuel Ekaale who was holding the position in acting capacity. Ekaale will remain in the finance docket as the Chief Officer for Economic Planning.

The hand over ceremony was presided over by the County Secretary, Amb. Dr. Richard Ekai.

While overseeing the ceremony, Amb. Dr.Richard Ekai said that the transfers aimed at improving service delivery to the residents and called on the new leadership to pay back the trust of the County by serving with dedication.

“As a department that holds the county’s economic engine, I urge all technical staff to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and collaboration. Let us extend our full support to the incoming CECM to ensure smooth transitions and continuity in service delivery,” said Amb. Dr. Ekai.
