Mark Achilla has officially taken over as Chief Officer for Roads and Transport, succeeding Cecilia Majuma Etaan, who has been moved to the Office of the Governor as Chief Officer for Strategy Delivery, ICT, and E-Government.

At the same time, Winstone Ebei has assumed office as Chief Officer for Public Works, replacing Simon Etom, who has been redeployed to the Department of Water Services in a similar capacity.

The handing-over ceremony was witnessed by County Executive for Roads and Public Works, Benson Lokwang, and presided over by Deputy County Secretary, Dr. Albert Gamoe.

Dr. Gamoe said the reshuffle was part of a broader effort by the County Government to strengthen management structures and enhance service delivery across departments.

Director and staff of the Roads and Public Works units were present during the handing over exercise.
