The DCS spoke during a site visit to inspect ICT hubs operating in Lodwar, in the company of officials from the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
The DCS said that the County Government would work closely with UNICEF through the Directorate of Vocational Training to address issues hindering the ICT hubs from operating smoothly.
According to the DCS, operators of the ICT hubs should benchmark with service providers in the same industry operating in other parts of the country and even beyond, with an aim of improving the services on offer.
