Lomodei assumes new role as Chief Officer in the Office of the Deputy Governor

Evans Lomodei, the immediate former Chief Officer for Fisheries and Aquaculture, has officially taken over as the Chief Officer in the Office of the Deputy Governor.

He takes over from Moses Korea, who had been serving in an acting capacity while concurrently holding his substantive position as Chief Officer in the Office of the Governor.

The handing and taking over ceremony was presided over by Deputy County Secretary in charge of Administration Joseph Nyang’a, who explained that the transfer followed the release of an Executive Order by Governor Dr. Jeremiah Lomorukai.

“These changes are meant to streamline operations and ensure that every office functions optimally in delivering on the Governor’s development agenda,” he explained.

Chris Eregae (Director Administration), Jerry Ekimormwor (Principal Administrator) and Edwin Nyongesa (Accounts) were also present.
